The stress, worry and anxiety our children face is greater than any generation before.
Anxiety disorders affect one in eight children. Research shows that untreated children with anxiety disorders are at higher risk to perform poorly in school, miss out on important social experiences, and engage in substance abuse.

Don’t let your children deal with this by themselves.
This book and the tools it contains can give your children the normal childhood they deserve!

I wrote this book to help my daughter better cope with her stressful and worry filled day to days and showed her a different perspective on things and life.Surprisingly this also drastically reduced the time it now takes her to fall asleep, which is now done calmly and with a smile.

Here’s what readers are already saying about this amazing picture book:

*****(5*) “wow! what a wonderful book, this book really helps to embed a strong positive outlook on life and it really made me reflect and made me focus on all the positives throughout our day, a really pleasant read as you are taken through on a wave of clever rhyme. recommended for all children!” – Joshua McManus

*****(5*) “My daughter is 3 years old, and still has a very difficult time falling asleep. I read this book to her and I could see how interested she was in everything that the main character Mia does and her father’s advice. She listens so closely and I think she really relates with Mia. I also noticed that she found a new technique to relax herself at bedtime. She breathes out all the bad thoughts just like Mia does and I think it helps her fall asleep. She keeps asking me to read it to her at bedtime and I absolutely love it. Thank you Asaf Rozanes for writing this book and for tackling kid’s anxiety in a beautiful way which grasps even a 3 year old’s attention. This is a must book for anyone who has kids that worry and teaches them (and also us) how to live now and enjoy every minute.” – AnotherReview

*****(5*) “My grandchildren loved the illustrations and the story. We discussed the meaning that it doesn’t do any good to worry. Adults and children of all ages will love this book.” – Rich Linville

*****(5*) “This poetic story offers insight to children about how to stop worrying so much and enjoy a happier life. I think adults can learn from the message in this book also.” – Dr. Grace LaJoy Henderson

Little Mia enjoys playing with friends and enjoying her days but there was a time she could not enjoy them. Mia use to worry instead of doing the things she liked to do. She worried so much that she missed a day that could have been fun, but because of worry, it was sad and short. Mia soon learns from her Dad that worrying does no good and tomorrow is a new day.

This is the second book I’ve read by this author, and it is just as good as the first one! Once again, Asaf Rozanes has created a beautiful short story with a really valuable lesson. I’ve read somewhere that anxiety in children is on the rise, so books like these are quite important in our day and age. I’m sure we all agree that chilren shouldn’t be suffering from anxiety at such a young age!

In this book, the author creatively portrays the negative effects of worrying to help children realize all of the positive things they can miss out on when they spend too much time worrying. This poetic story offers insight to children about how to stop worrying so much and enjoy a happier life. I think adults can learn from the message in this book also.

This is a delightful tale that helps young children see and understand that to worry about things that may or may not happen just isn’t worth the bother and waste of time. It explains that to live in the moment is the way to go, since only then will life become more enjoyable and fulfilling. This may appear that this topic is above the small children’s’ minds to comprehend, but some children do worry about nothing. I did when I was a kid, and looking back, it was always about something that didn’t deserve worrying about (such as, “Will my teacher call on me in class tomorrow?” and “Is my homework perfect?”).

This is a sweet picture book a dad wrote for his little girl about living in the moment. A reader could replace Mia’s name with their own kids name and pronoun if reading to young ones. I read this picture book to my son, who is a little old for picture books, but he liked it.

“Tomorrow Is Near But Today Is Here” is the charming story of little Mia who worries too much. Because she ponders problems she misses out on much. Her dad teaches her, “… Why worry about it now, when you can just do it today!” and that all of us have only so and so much time in a day, hence we should live it productively and happy.”

This is my kind of book. It’s not every day you read a story that centres on a young character suffering with anxiety, and I just loved the message told throughout the book. It’s one I often use myself: think only about now and not about yesterday or tomorrow. Live in the moment and enjoy it or you might miss out on the wonders life has to offer.

Since I don’t live close to my grandchildren I had to wait for a bit to read this to them, ages 4 and 8. They both enjoyed it, especially the 8 yr old because he is a worry wart. Maybe its his age, but he worries a lot and this book was a blessing. Thanks Asaf for the opportunity to share this with them.

I really like this sweet story about a little girl dealing with anxiety and her father’s efforts to comfort her. The book is geared to younger readers, but both adults and kids of all ages can use Rozanes’ soothing rhymes to get through stressful situations. As in the other books in the series, the bright illustrations are eye catching and adorable.

This is a great book to help children understand how worry makes them miss out on so many wonderful childhood things. When we are in the present, living in the moment it can free us from the worry. In this story, kids can really relate to the main character and they will feel less alone. So many children have big worries and solutions are offered. This is a helpful book for children and their parents and a great one to use in the classroom .

As a teacher, I encounter so many kids that have more and more anxiety issues. This book teaches kids to live for today and not worry about what will happen in the future. It teaches kids the basics of what it is to have faith!!

So true! It’s pointless to worry about things! Mia’s dad shows her that focusing on positive thinking is much more worthwhile! Adults as well as kids have a lot to learn from this adorable little story! I really enjoyed it!
